  • We compiled a list of frequently asked questions to give you some insight on how this business runs. We get tons of questions about a variety of things, but here are the basics for you to familiarize yourself with!

 

 

    • What is this store's return and exchange policy?

       

      We ask for specifics on EVERYTHING for this reason. If you give us a concept, thought, vision etc, we follow what you specify, no more no less. If this is a freestyled project, then the circumstances are different. We do NOT offer refunds on ANY product or graphic service which is custom, branded, or personalized for ANY reason other than US making an error to your project. This includes Business plans, logos, flyers, cards, websites etc.

       

    • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

       

      At this time, we only service the USA.

       

    • How long will it take to receive my order?

       

      Shipping takes anywhere from 10-21 BUSINESS DAYS from DATE CARD DESIGN WAS APPROVED, with room for delays expected during any PEAK or HOLIDAY time. Plan and purchase accordingly. Any purchase made on a weekend, will automatically roll to the following business day. Services such as custom designed websites etc, take longer, up to 21 days for full completion.

       

    • I want to order. How do we begin the process?

       

      All orders must be put in through the website directly unless otherwise specified . Everyday sales and specials get posted via Instagram and Facebook, for which an invoice can be requested. Under the circumstance of a sale/promo or otherwise discussed situation, the website is equipped to take all orders. Browse through the items, read the descriptions, and once you're ready, add the items to your cart and checkout. After you check out and we receive the notification of a paid service, we will then email you with the necessary forms for the service you purchased.

       

    • What is your turnaround time?

       

      Turnaround times vary based on the customers diligence in returning needed info, including specifics,details, forms etc. Please allow at least the turnaround time to pass before you contact us about your order. Most graphics estimate under 48 hours, Business plans and other written content typically comes with a 3 day turnaround. If you have a deadline, please place your order accordingly, as we will resume no responsibility for last minute orders.

       

    • I have an event, i need this back asap. Can you make that happen?

       

      We offer same day service for an additional $20. If this service isn't purchased at the time your order is placed, order will resume the original turnaround time.

       

    • Can you call me to discuss a project?

       

      Time is of the essence for all of us, so due to the nature of this online business, consultations are required in order to speak to us regarding any order that hasn't been made. We have a page specifically set up for booking consultations. Keep in mind that email consultations do NOT require an appointment and are our preferred method of contact.

       

    • What shipping company do you use?

       

      We ship via the United States Postal Service.

       

    • Do I need a logo in order to buy business cards or any other printed product?

       

      No. Your products can be designed without a logo. Although your logo is an important part of your brand, using one is a personal preference

       

    • I am in love with a logo you designed. Can you change the name and colors so that I can purchase it?

       

      I cannot reproduce an exact logo design as that defeats the purpose of you having a custom logo! Branding is everything so i urge customers to allow the creative process to design them their very own unique logo design.

       

    • Can you design a sample for me to preview before I place an order on your site?

       

      No project will begin without you placing an order first. There is no way to do a sample without doing all of the work, and that has to be reserved for paying customers.

       

    • Can you alter a logo I already have? I want to change the color/wording.

       

      No, you would have to purchase a new logo or have the designer you purchased it from edit it.

       

    • I have a logo design already. Can I use that on your products?

       

      Yes. However, it must be in a usable format. File must be a high resolution (300 dpi) .jpg or .png file. NO SCREENSHOTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

       

    • I'm sorry, i ran into a problem and i'm just now able to send the info in, is it too late?

       

      ALL PURCHASED SERVICES COME WITH A 7 DAY RENDERING PERIOD. Again, you have 7 days to turn in any written info, content, specifics for any service purchased whether graphic or written. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON THIS POLICY, NO EXCEPTIONS.
